Engineering

  • Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) systems and maintenance.

  • Lighting levels within the office space.
  • Effective or defective lighting control.

Office

  • Assist in space design or manage the whole process.

  • Project manage the move, inclusive of construction.
  • Designs of efficient use of space.
  • Furniture control where required.
  • Advise on any security matter as required.
  • Assist with Access control, including electronic system where required.
  • Asset removal control and tracking.
  • Closed circuit TV monitoring as required.

  • Competent person appointment in terms of the Act and Regulations (GMR 2.1).
  • Provide the necessary knowledge and guidance in all respects of the Act and Regulations.
